What is your experience?I have been practicing as a therapist since 2014 and bring over a decade of experience working with individuals across diverse age groups, backgrounds, and emotional needs. My professional journey has allowed me to engage with people at various stages of life, offering tailored support that reflects their unique experiences. I have worked extensively in school settings as a counsellor and life skills trainer, which has given me deep insight into the developmental and emotional challenges adolescents face. I understand the evolving nature of their struggles—whether it’s identity, peer pressure, or academic stress—and provide support that helps them build resilience and clarity. In addition to my work with young people, I have spent time in rehabilitation centers supporting individuals recovering from addiction and helping their families navigate the difficult terrain of relapse, trust, and emotional healing. This experience has deepened my understanding of how addiction impacts not just individuals but entire family systems. My practice also includes working with couples and individuals facing relationship difficulties, particularly in toxic or emotionally abusive environments. I have supported clients dealing with the long-term effects of growing up in dysfunctional families, including those with narcissistic parents, emotionally unavailable caregivers, or environments where they were judged or rejected due to gender, body image, or identity. I accept and understand queer population and have an experience of helping them build self love as well as support system. What defines my work is acceptance and empathy. I help my clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional strength, foster self-love, and create supportive systems around them. Whether someone is healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, I meet them where they are—and walk with them toward where they want to be.
