About Anureet

From an early age, I’ve always been emotionally attuned—not just to my own feelings, but to the emotions of those around me. This deep sensitivity allowed me to intuitively sense what others were going through and to look at situations from different perspectives. I found myself naturally drawn to understanding people, their inner worlds, and the emotional patterns that shaped their experiences, even in situations that involved personal conflicts

This emotional bent is what led me to study psychology. Through my academic and personal journey, I began to shape my ability to listen deeply, reflect meaningfully, and offer support that is both compassionate and practical. I’ve always believed that true change comes not from fixing what’s broken, but from understanding it—and then learning how to move forward with awareness and strength.

As a therapist, I work with people who feel caught—stuck in patterns, situations, or beliefs that no longer serve them. I gently guide them toward new ways of thinking, help them uncover the other side of their story, and explore whether the change they seek lies in their circumstances, their relationships, or within themselves. I don’t just sit with my clients in their pain—I walk with them through it. My role is to hold space, offer clarity, and empower them to find their own answers, in their own time.

Therapy, for me, is not just a profession—it’s a calling rooted in empathy, perspective, and a deep belief in the power of self-awareness and growth. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or lost, know that you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to support you in finding your way forward.
